These are two of the books that I finished this past week. The two books are very similar.
Both offer nutritious recipes for a mom to be or someone, like me, who is hoping to be a mom to be soon.
Both offer lists of the vitamins and minerals you need for every step of the way.
In Expect the Best, Elizabeth M. Ward delves more into individual complications that may arise during pregnancy and it even touched on infertility.
What to Eat When You’re Pregnant has week by week updates about the progress of the fetus and a food that has a key nutrient for its development that week.
Both scared me into exercising more. I’ve been doing an hour of cardio almost everyday. I hope that I will be able to keep up the exercising when I go back to work starting tomorrow.
